Service Dropped off my car for repair. It's been 2 business days so far and I've called Birchwood Nissan 6 times over these 2 days. Every single time I call Dropped off my car for repair. It's been 2 business days so far and I've called Birchwood Nissan 6 times over these 2 days. Every single time I call the front desk pages the service advisor with no luck. I've left 4 voice messages and not a single person has called me back yet. My car is still sitting there and I'm asking for is a status update as I don't even know when the car is to be completed. The only time I spoke to the service advisor is before I dropped off the car and he seems like a good guy over the phone. I have only left pleasant voice messages but no one calls me back. I don't get it? This is enough for me to avoid any Birchwood dealer going forward if this is their service model. I've been to other dealerships (Toyota) but I won't mention the specific dealership. All I can say is.......what a difference in customer service. I'm not going to lie, I'm glad I bought a new Rav4 over a Nissan Rogue last year purely based on this service experience. At this point, I wish I could provide a half star rating! I truly hope Birchwood Nissan turns around as poor service experience spreads pretty quickly. I will likely try another Nissan dealership farther from my location for future service needs. More

Good repair, Lousy length of time I came in at 10 am. I said I would wait for the vehicle. At 1 pm I went to see if the problem had been discovered and fixed and found out the car hadn I came in at 10 am. I said I would wait for the vehicle. At 1 pm I went to see if the problem had been discovered and fixed and found out the car hadn't even been in the repair shop yet. Kim got on the case and had the problem found and fixed by 3:45 pm. So I was there for almost 6 hours waiting. That is not acceptable. You have done way better than this on my other cars. More

Poor experience,overcharged,redickulous estimate. I have dealt with other Birchwood locations before and had great results.I have purchased new and used their service facilities. My truck went in for a computer issue,and the diagnostic revealed new catalytic converters required.The estimate was $4500.00 for both catalytic converters and labour to install at Birchwood Nissan. Sounds expensive I thought.Long story I got both catalytic converters replaced,complete exhaust and muffler and oxygen sensor for $2500.00 taxes in at a private service location. Really I thought.I called the service manager at Birchwood Nissan and asked for a comment why the $2500.00 difference.Scott the manager said I got a great deal if you went to a Nissan dealer I would comment. I got estimates from Vickar Nissan for $3000.00 and Mcphillips Nissan for $2900.00. Still a $1500.00 difference. I believe in resonable markup but I saved $2500.00 going elsewhere using the same oem supplied parts. These folks are pirates save your money shop around. More

I decided to go to a closer dealership, McPhillips Nissan, to have this done. The staff person insisted that their dealership does not re torque tires which I felt was an unsafe position - however, the manager, Mr. Chris Haywood, intervened and the work was done. His correct response to a customer requirement was correct and by his action, I would rate this dealership as one I would visit again. More
