Great customer service and mechanical work During my first appointment they couldn't find a problem with my car. It would make a horrible grinding noise everytime I hit a small bump. So the mechanic came for a test drive with me and he said he knew exactly what the problem was just by listening to it. That is amazing. Without checking again he ordered the parts and on my next appointment changed it. My car now runs perfectly. No noises at all. Best service I have ever had at any dealership. The man at the service desk was so polite also. He said he would call at a certain time and he did even though they had not yet found the problem. That is great service. I wish I got their names but I'm sure i will be dealing with them again. More

VERY poor knowledge of the Nissan Leaf....Never to return! I made an appointment for service because of a no heat condition in a 2013 Leaf. 1) Over the phone Sydney asked if I wanted to wait for it? Answer: S I made an appointment for service because of a no heat condition in a 2013 Leaf. 1) Over the phone Sydney asked if I wanted to wait for it? Answer: Sure 2) She made it very clear that service was $139/hour and that there would be no other fees like “shop supplies”. This turned out to be FALSE! 3) Arrived at service desk to be advised that they couldn’t “find” my appointment and that they would have to arrange a shuttle for me, back home. I asked to speak with the service guy because, often, details can be lost in the communication trail. I spoke to Mark...the “only qualified and most senior tech” in the building to work on a Leaf. 4) At that point I should have driven away ..... but, against my better judgement, decided to leave it. 5) The next day service writer “salesman” Mike called and provided a $5500 estimate to repair it......yeh, right! 6) I told them to leave it and send the shuttle....... and would you please plug in the car to charge it as I had a 45 minute drive, home. 7) I arrived to get the vehicle and once again asked to speak to Mark the “ only qualified, most senior tech in the building”. After a 4 minute discussion it became clear that he didn’t know the car had a heat pump (after working on it for 2 days) and literally argued with me that it only had a resistive heater. I said “No it doesn’t...do you want me to show it to you?” Answer: “No, I’m very busy right now” What was I going to do? After all, you can’t fix stupid. 8) I confirmed with Mike that the vehicle was re-charged.......”Oh, I forgot ..... I was very busy”. This left me with 61 Km range for a 45 minute ride home. In the electric world, it’s called “range anxiety” when you’re on the highway at -19C. 9) The least they could have done was wash the vehicle, but I guess that only gets done with the $5500 service special. I currently own 3 Nissan’s and this is, BAR NONE, the worst dealer experience I have ever endured! -Only good thing was the shuttle ride to and from More
