I purchased a vehicle from Birchwood Nissan along with a 4-year coverage warranty. Before agreeing to the warranty, I specifically asked the sales manager what would happen if I sold the vehicle during the 4-year coverage warranty. Before agreeing to the warranty, I specifically asked the sales manager what would happen if I sold the vehicle during the coverage period. I was told I would have two options: either transfer the remaining warranty to the new owner or request a refund for the unused portion. After selling my vehicle—with two years still remaining on the warranty—I contacted Birchwood Nissan regarding the refund. However, the Finance Manager told me I wasn’t eligible for any refund. I explained that the sales manager who handled all my documents clearly told me a refund would be possible. The Finance Manager then directed me to contact customer service. I reached out to customer service and explained the entire situation. After more than two days with no response, I followed up again. The next day, they told me I was not eligible for a refund and that if I wanted one, I should “give a shout” to the sales manager who originally sold me the vehicle. That was their only solution—no support, no accountability. I'm extremely disappointed by how this was handled. It feels misleading and unprofessional. I was given inaccurate information to make the sale, and when I tried to resolve it, I was passed around without help. Customers deserve honesty and proper service, not to be told to go chase down a salesperson for answers. More

Bought a Infiniti from used car manager Nick at birchwood nissan, vehicle had 14,000 km immaculate condition.. The problem being there was no block heater on the vehicle, they tell us to spend $695 plus tax nissan, vehicle had 14,000 km immaculate condition.. The problem being there was no block heater on the vehicle, they tell us to spend $695 plus tax to put a block heater in. This is pure xxxxxxxx in Manitoba where we get to minus 40. You have to have a vehicle with a block heater, and a car should not be sold without one, very poor response to our complaint, not satisfactory and will never buy a car from any birchwood dealership, for more details call Bill White More

Aric and other staff were very courteous and thoughtful in providing me with info about what was needed to do the repair, had part in stock, did repair same day..
