Birchwood Kia West gave us a great purchase experience until we encountered the finance service rep who completed the financing for our vehicle. Mike Wiebe convinced us to purchase Kia insurance so that until we encountered the finance service rep who completed the financing for our vehicle. Mike Wiebe convinced us to purchase Kia insurance so that we could purchase a lower level MPI insurance to save money. After extensive discussion with him about what this was he assured us it was exactly like having MPI insurance with a $200 deductible. Well today I found out the hard way that this isn't true. I took my vehicle to get a stone chip repaired and was told this isn't included in the insurance through Kia - so not the same as MPI. When I contacted Kia West the Finanace Officer, Jeff, was not only unhelpful but rude and took no responsibility except to say "when I sell that insurance I don't mention stone chips". This insurance is not the same as having MPI $200 deductible and the fact that they specifically leave that out of the conversation is deceitful and sneaky. 100% don't recommend getting this insurance from Kia. Hope this helps someone who is thinking about buying it. More

If you'd like your car demaged take it to Birchwood Kia west. Had only two service appointments with Birchwood Kia west and both times car was returned damaged: 1) first time the hood was scratches like s west. Had only two service appointments with Birchwood Kia west and both times car was returned damaged: 1) first time the hood was scratches like something heavy was dragged over it 2) second time one of the doors had a foot long dent and paint signs which looked like a dent from another door. First time the dealership agreed to fix the damage, but the second time I was told that I might have dropped off already damaged vehicle. Other then that, the service was mediocre and never went well there was always something forgotten or not completed. More

I am so beyond pissed off at the absolute worst run service department in the history of all my years owning ANY vehicle! Not only did we get charged for a service after twice saying it wasn't needed, but of the two issues I did bring the vehicle in for, one was repaired under warranty as expected and the other was denied warranty as they claim the only way the sliding door could be out of alignment and not closing properly, the same sliding door that they had already "fixed" once before under warranty for the same exact issue, is because the vehicle must have been involved in a collision!?!? That van has never been hit once, let alone since the last time your inept technician "fixed" the issue. If you EVER hear of or even think of buying a KIA anything.... DO NOT buy it from the Birchwood Kia in the west auto mall....you WILL be sorry... that I can promise you. *Note* my wife and I have owned several vehicles purchased through Birchwood over the years and never had anything but perfect service from other locations. This Kia service department has been a nightmare every time we have brought in her Sedona. So much so that we will never purchase another Kia through them. More

Jamie MacMullin, sales, was very helpful, flexible in time, and he genuinely cared about helping me find what I wanted. In addition, Mark Miller, the finance guy, was kind, and worked hard to make a date time, and he genuinely cared about helping me find what I wanted. When some details I had didn’t line up with his information, he immediately investigated and called me back in a timely manner with accurate information. A great team. More
