Cannot say enough good things about Birchwood Honda Regent. Dropped my car off in the morning and walked next door for breakfast. Got back and chatted with Melanie about the new 2023 Accord. Had a very enjoyable experience with this location, i purchased new vehicle from factory and was pleased with what i received on my trade in. This is first time in buying vehicles that i didnt have to ha purchased new vehicle from factory and was pleased with what i received on my trade in. This is first time in buying vehicles that i didnt have to haggle on price. I felt i received fair market value and im sure i could have squeezed them for another $500 or so , that was the nice part so i settled for deal right away. Btw staff is knowledgeable and friendly, that starts from the top and feeds down to employees imho. More
