Travelling through the area on vacation and had an issue with no AC on my F150 truck and trailer brake issue. With time constraints, had the dealership spend 3 hours to diagnose my problem. With a large bill and still no AC or trailer brake fault corrected, I left the dealership, only to discover that the tech did not put the fuse panel cover back on nor close other wiring covers. Contacted service manager and was told he would call back after tech was back at work. The tech said brake issue must be my trailer as he set the brake gain higher and everything works. The tech does not understand the trailer brake gain setting is determined by the size and weight of the trailer being towed. I connected my trailer to other trucks and brake control works fine. I connected my truck to another trailer at the campsite and immediately truck indicates Trailer Brake Fault. Four days later and no return call. Cannot believe the service manager would not immediately provide a solution to rectify this problem, or at least reimburse for the missing part and incorrect diagnosing of the trailer brake fault issue. I am back home on Vancouver Island and will now have to get proper service diagnostics completed and purchase a missing fuse panel cover. More
Purchased a new Bronco sport last July. It had damage to the decal on the hood. I pointed it out and was told no problem it will take a few weeks to get the part etc. Almost a year later an It had damage to the decal on the hood. I pointed it out and was told no problem it will take a few weeks to get the part etc. Almost a year later and after several complaints it came in. I took it to Birchwood to get the decal replaced. After sitting in the lobby for over 2 1/2 hours I was told that the service tech did not feel comfortable replacing. To sum this up I was there waiting for almost 3 hours and nothing was done, nothing. They should of told me in less than 15 minutes. By far the worst experience I have had at a dealership. More
My experience started by finding the car I liked online. I sent two different messages on Facebook to be contacted. I received an immediate response from the Facebook messages, but they told me they would pass me to someone who would get back to me. However, after two days of no contact, I called the dealer. The salesman I spoke with said he would get back to me shortly after I made an offer for the car. Two days later the same salesman was responding to my original inquiry on Facebook and seem like he had forgotten to get back to me regarding my offer, which was almost as asking price !He had no idea that he had responded to my initial message and mentioned that he had been away. Despite making a reasonable offer for the car, he didn’t get back to me at all. When they finally came back for negotiation, we were close to my offer, so there was something to work on. However, I then found out that the vehicle online with the photos and description was not the vehicle they were selling. We were looking for a hard top with upgrades for a Bronco, but they were trying to sell me a soft top, which was a different vehicle. Their response to this was to ask if I would consider a soft top. Overall, this dealership was disorganized, lacked accountability, and seemed completely clueless about what they were doing. I was very disappointed and would not recommend dealing with this group at all. More
Everyone on the sales team made me feel valued as a customer. When I had questions that they didn't know the answer to, they'd go find out.
