In my opinion, one of the best dealerships in the city , is now , one of the worst. Today , I had enough ! The lack of communication the poor quality of customer service and salespeople. Basically I would recommend you stay away from this dealership until they get their stuff together. There has been a string of problems with this dealership that has affected me. First let me say I’m not a rich man but I was able to afford a really nice vehicle which I absolutely enjoy. The product is excellent. The problem is with this dealership , committing to their warranties they sell. When it was under warranty there were minor things like batteries in remotes that needed to be changed , I bring it in and they said nope it’s fine . Get back in the vehicle , it comes up “replace battery in remote” That was the start of it. I take particular care of this vehicle . And so the speaker blew on the passenger side. ( I’m old , don’t listen to loud music) the warranty just expired by 2 days and I had to fight with the manager to get it covered and they did. Only because I was making a scene ! About 3 weeks ago I called to inquire about a new vehicle for my wife , the salesman hung up on me because I was asking questions. Today I went to get a free oil change because they didn’t tell us about a slice in a tire. Received a video 1/2 after I paid the bill and was driving . According to them it was safe , according to the place where I got the new tires , it wasn’t. Thus the free oil change! So today after I get home from the oil change , they send me another video , telling me I should change the air filters. Well if they had told me that by getting off the chair and coming to talk to me 20ft away, I would have had it changed right there and then. That is the lowest standard of customer care I have ever experienced at this dealership. My recommendation , find another dealership. I know my opinion matters not ,same for business with them. But I hope someone gets something from this , at least you know another side. Good bye Birchwood Gm More

The service depart at Birchwood GMC does all the work on my older trucks. They have done all the repairs to my family vehicles. Although my trucks are older, the service department always does a great job my older trucks. They have done all the repairs to my family vehicles. I had just bought a new to me Chevy and after driving it there were some codes that needed to be addressed ASAP. I know on a normal day I would have to make an appointment and would be 2-3 weeks.
