Upon arriving at Birchwoo GMC we were met by Chris Vanluven who thanked us for coming and invited us to have a coffee while he contacted a salesperson to look after us. We then met our salesperson, Brandon Olson, who impressed us with his quiet manner and extreme knowledge of GM vehicles. After finding out about our likes and dislikes in the vehicles we drove, Brandon arranged a demo ride in the vehicle we eventually purchased. Brandon did not "pressure us to buy" at any time, he just asked us about our driving preferences and listened to what we told him. This is what we appreciated most in our buying experience. More
