(I lack in the car knowledge department) After sitting down with Chantal Pantalone to cover all the details (bill of sale, extended warranty), I was sure these people knew what they were doing. She assured me that she wanted to give me the best deal possible because my car is partially relyed on for my income. I was so happy and excited to get a new car and I would recommended Better Used Cars because of their friendly staff, great location and the exceptional service. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!!! went to this car dealership after shopping around a bit came across a car that I like that they had in stock I have done my DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!!! went to this car dealership after shopping around a bit came across a car that I like that they had in stock I have done my research on it I had told them specifically over and over again the amount that I could afford biweekly as I have two young children they told me everything was fine Nittin The owner if you could believe that wrote everything down. I specifically said I needed certain things fixed on the car before I was willing to pick it up he said no problem will take care of it all, this is a family business I thought everything was good leaving that first meeting he seem like he knew what he was talking about and had me and my family in mind. Little did I know it would be a three-week running around back-and-forth process never hearing from again instead speaking with Chantel who is just as bad as him the lying they have both done upon going to pick up the car and sign the paperwork they adjusted the amount biweekly up $100 and still hadn't had the things fixed they had said they did!! They raised up the interest-rate through the roof and expected me to sign. When I wouldn't sign chantel tried to persuade me by saying she would give 2 months free. Hidden in the contract was the amount of the car they had now broughten the amount upto! Worst experience ever!! They are all liars there taking advantage of family's!! Thank god I didn't sign!! And worst of all the OWNER NITTEN is selling with out his car dealership licence!!! So upset over all of this Worst people and place ever!! Someone needs to shut this down More

Worst experience ever They were very friendly for a while... I dealt with Chantal Pantalone for most of the process. She told me she could find the perfect van for my ba They were very friendly for a while... I dealt with Chantal Pantalone for most of the process. She told me she could find the perfect van for my babies and I, she even asked my preferences and I said dark blue and leather interior.... she got me The complete opposite, I told her I REALLY don't like red, so she picks me out a red van... she convinced me that it was a great van... which it is lovely.... and I was in desperate need for me and my children being a single mother. This is what she told me, as I was signing the papers. She tells me the van is $13000, I agree to that, sign it... then she tells me my payments will be $200 a month, I agreed to that because it's perfect for me! She has me sign the papers while lying through her teeth. I then later review after, to find out the van has went from $13000, to $22000, and my $200 monthly is now $172 bi-weekly for 5 years!!!! I'm in complete shock and I'm terrified! She literally lied to sell me this vehicle! Late last year, I got a fine for a red light ticket worth $300. Im on a payment plan, and I pay it in time every month, I have put $200 on it, and I owed $150. I didn't know that that fine had to be fully paid to licence this vehicle, this is my first time financing.... they went behind my back, didn't even call me, and payed for the fine ($350) and are now saying I owe them $350.... I only owed $150 on my fine. Then they called me a liar even though I have receipts, and tried to tell me I have a bunch of parking tickets which is completely FALSE. this is the only fine I have every had. They didn't call me to say "in order to licence the vehicle you need to pay off your fine".... they just went and did it and expect me to give them $350. Are they nuts?! I think so! They were all upset with me about this fine.... that if I knew it needed to be paid off to licence... I would of went and done it. THEN, as I was leaving, I asked for my security deposit back, Chantal and Nitan laughed at me and quoted exactly, "that is the stupidest xxxxxx question I've ever been asked".. they refused to give it back to me. Then Chantal says she would walk me out, she then has me outside pointing and yelling in my face for a good 10 minutes calling me ungrateful and she can't believe I'm crying... trying to make me feel bad saying "the xxxx I had to go through to get this van for you and you are most ungrateful" then she kept telling me I owe them money.... I'm 81/2 months pregnant, broke out in hives completely and in tears. She insulted my intelligence completely, pointed in my face like she was speaking to a 5 year old. I was in so much shock I couldn't even speak. As I'm walking to the vehicle they tell me to give them good reviews and constantly repeated the website... are you kidding? I would never recommend this dealership to my worst enemy!!! They totally screwed me over! I feel sick when I look at the vehicle... I'm 21 years old with 3 babies, paying a giant car payment because she LIED TO me. DON'T EVER GO HERE! I MADE THE WORST MISTAKE IN MY LIFE COMING HERE!!!! I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN. Chantal and Nitan ruined this for me... they were extremely unprofessional, lying, constantly cursing in front of customers, and being down right ignorant as soon as they had my signature. I'm heartbroken, trying to do the best thing for my kids and I... and I've failed. I hope no one else has to go through what I have experienced in this place...... I felt like I bought my vehicle from the Jersey shore cast in the end.. trashy. More

Credit screwed. I dealt with them as I was looking for a specific vehicle. They found the vehicle i wanted minus one option which was fine. They gave me what I wanted I dealt with them as I was looking for a specific vehicle. They found the vehicle i wanted minus one option which was fine. They gave me what I wanted for my trade in which I was pleased to see. then it came down to the paper work. Left with the car and left happy. A month goes by and I get a call from the bank to which my trade in was financed previously. Apparently they didn't receive payment from the dealership so my old loan was not paid off. It took and incredible 7 months before they finally paid off the loan. My credit is now ruined for the next few years because they wont fix it. Obviously this is the nutshell story. Regardless don't go here! lets just say they were difficult to deal with. More
