One bs reason after another as to why my new car wasn't at the dealership. Got to test drive only that car. I took it as I was worried I'd be without a car another month - I do like it. .They seem to live off each deal to pay for the next one. They couldn't afford to pay off mine until they made another sale. They tried to screw with my financial institution, stall tactic, they sent a bogus cheque and when it was returned they lied about having received it. So happy to get rid of the headache. I felt sorry for Chantal. she seems stuck there and having to play along even when she knows it's BS. Nice girl. Too bad she works there, she could do better for sure. More

Not only were they able to get me far better financing than I could hav The experience I had at this used car dealership far exceeded my expectations. Not only were they able to get me far better financing than I could have predicted but they bent over backwards to get me the vehicle quickly. They even had someone go to the dealership so I could get the car after hours just to accommodate my work schedule. I felt a little skeptical at first as I had never dealt with this dealer before but I ended up finding them to be ethical and very accommodating. I've been recommending them ever since. More

Worst Dealership! Purchased a van for a long trip and was assured it won't break down. It broke down! Got stranded on a Floridian highway with 4 little kids. But, they kept pushing back the van pick up date because of issues with the safety test. In hindsight, this should've been a red flag that something will go wrong. We were tempted to just cancel the purchase but were pressed for time as we had to leave in a couple of days. Anyway, we contacted them when the van broke down and was told to have it fixed and submit the invoice. And of course, the $428 US paid was not covered by the warranty. There was an agreement of installing a back up camera a week before but was told by Nuttin that it's not installed a week later. Not sure why it took so long. Nuttin told us we could pick up the van and come back another day to have the camera installed. Sounds like more bull. Dealing with Eugene was nice but as soon as Nuttin got in the picture, the transaction turned sour. Avoid this place if you can. More

Best Place to Buy I was shopping around for a car and nearly got screwed over by a large dealership so I was hesitant to trust anyone. Better used cars was the best I was shopping around for a car and nearly got screwed over by a large dealership so I was hesitant to trust anyone. Better used cars was the best experience. They found me a car that I love and Chantal the finance advisor was incredible. Not only did she want to help me get the car but she was very invested in helping me build my credit. Everyone there was transparent and helpful and I never once felt like the wool was being pulled over my eyes. Other than having to wait to get my car, I have nothing bad to say. You may not get the fancy sales people in suits and ties, or the super professional looking offices but id much rather deal with genuine people over that any day. I will be sending all of my friends and family here. I am one happy customer! More

I'm Stuck paying a high payment every month for a year until I can stretch the payment out . The financial advisor (Chantal Anderson ) never returns calls or emails unless you bug bug . always the run around . She Tells you one thing and doesn't remember what she says to you but you have pictures of the conversation on your cell phone . One thing I can say she did get my interests rates lower that's a good thing she did . Other then that I had the worse time with this place I regret it all I'm stuck paying way more then what I expected . Who makes you sign a contract before entering the data onto it . We trusted her and then look what happened . I didn't receive my contract until a week and a bit after through email because they couldn't find it then she kept telling me different dates or I went in when she wasn't there . Big waste of time and money she never helped me she made me more in dept and I'm on disability .Makes me mad because I did write a good review about them and now had to take it down and write this . I wish I was never recommended to this place xxx why???? Errrrrrr only cool one there was Amar and Eugene . They all where friendly but that could be to sucker you in . I really think the BBB should check into this company and all the bad reviews. makes me sick . Who makes 4000.00 equity on a car I drove for a week and traded it in a full cost what I bought it for . And bought another crv from them thinking a different price . They added the 4000.00 to my new car. xxxxxxxxx I say More
