Started off good ended bad It started off good with the gentle man who took us for a test drive. He was extremely friendly. i thought i could trust him. But when it was time to pick up my car that is when the confusion came. I was put of ( phone calls were not returned in a timely fashion.)No one knew anything about any thing. They kept giving me the run around. finally when I did get my car there was a noise coming from my left tire and there seemed to be a problem with the front left side of the car. When I brought this to their attention, here came the run around again. The problem still has not been resolved because the person ( the one and only person) that could help my situation went on vacation and I was told that she would not be back for 1 month by one of the reps. My question is how does a business get away with this kind of behavior. More
