In the market for a newer vehicle I went to EzWheelz and MotorCity and they gave me the run around just giving me a number to work with and no interes In the market for a newer vehicle I went to EzWheelz and MotorCity and they gave me the run around just giving me a number to work with and no interest rate or vehicles that could apply to my credit situation and income, and tried putting me in a piece of crap not worth the investment. When I went to Best Rate and was astonished at the level of customer service I received. Louis Sleiman the salesmen was very upset at the face that those dealers gave me the run around and ensured they were not like that, he was very straight forward and welcoming. I felt like I had him on my payroll he was working very hard for me. I wanted a 2011 Fusion Sport, but unfortunately due to my financial situation I could not afford the vehicle, they lowered the fusions price and worked with the bank so I could get the car but I couldn't due to reasons on my end. Because of my financial situation they put me into the next best thing, 2012 Fusion SE. Other than a sunroof and heated seats this thing is freaking loaded and extremely affordable. Louis recommended a financial program where I pay for 18 mths with all other financial responsibilities taken care of coarse, he would be able to get me whatever I want. Honestly I really like my car and will probably stay the term!!! I feel really taken care of here and I will come back and recommend anyone else to go its honestly worth it, They really care about their customers. They gave me what I wanted and stopped at nothing to do it. Honestly guys go there and check them out. No other dealer treats people better. More
