We sat down with Louis, and he helped us get a more reliable vehicle for my fiancee, my 3 kids, and myself. He worked with us until we were satisfied, and didn't give up until the job was done. He had received many phone calls from me, and not once seemed annoyed. He was always happy to help. Louis had heard us talking about buying DVD players for the van for our kids, and he went and bought them for us. We are now driving a much better and reliable vehicle and have no concerns. A great dealership I went to best rate when I was looking for an SUV. I dealt with Simon. He was very helpful & treated me with respect( being a women I've been treated I went to best rate when I was looking for an SUV. I dealt with Simon. When I decided to buy the SUV through them the whole staff clapped & congratulated me. They felt like family. I didn't have a vehicle while I waited for mine to be ready they lent me one of theirs. Which was a great gesture. After I took the journey home, I had an issue with it the next day. I called Simon and he was quick to fix it. Other dealerships would have said its not our issue now that it's off the lot. Which I have had done to me before. Next vehicle I buy will be again from best rate. Great Customer Service, Poor Approval System I started off with Best Rate Auto because I knew my credit wasn't great, but was in need of a newer vehicle. After they processed my credit report an I started off with Best Rate Auto because I knew my credit wasn't great, but was in need of a newer vehicle. After they processed my credit report and income I was only approved for "in house" financing with 3,000 down and a 29.9% interest. At first, the staff explained why and I understood. BUT... On my way home I stopped at another dealership that had the same Dodge Dakota truck just 3 years newer and less kms on the engine. It was priced 5k more than the one at Best Rate but I decided to go in and take a chance. Thankfully I did because that deal ship approved me for the loan with zero down and at 6% interest. I know my credit and income didn't improve on my drive down the street... so what went wrong at Best Rate? The staff seems great, don't get me wrong... Simon was awesome and Matt in finance seemed to know his stuff. I give these guys a bad review because they promote bad credit car loans and obviously can't keep up with the competing car dealerships in the area. More
