We sat down with Louis, and he helped us get a more reliable vehicle for my fiancee, my 3 kids, and myself. He worked with us until we were satisfied, and didn't give up until the job was done. He had received many phone calls from me, and not once seemed annoyed. He was always happy to help. Louis had heard us talking about buying DVD players for the van for our kids, and he went and bought them for us. We are now driving a much better and reliable vehicle and have no concerns. A great dealership I went to best rate when I was looking for an SUV. I dealt with Simon. He was very helpful & treated me with respect( being a women I've been treated I went to best rate when I was looking for an SUV. I dealt with Simon. When I decided to buy the SUV through them the whole staff clapped & congratulated me. They felt like family. I didn't have a vehicle while I waited for mine to be ready they lent me one of theirs. Which was a great gesture. After I took the journey home, I had an issue with it the next day. I called Simon and he was quick to fix it. Other dealerships would have said its not our issue now that it's off the lot. Which I have had done to me before. Next vehicle I buy will be again from best rate.
