They could have in house financed and collected the interest themselves but that wouldn't help build my credit. They found a great starter interest rate out of 2 options and got me into the vehicle i wanted fast. they also had the opportunity to sell me the same make vehicle when i asked about it because it was a different colour. They were honest with me about it and said it was best to stay with the original one due to being less klm and more features to my liking. this is our second time going to Best Rate and my Wife's van is doing great. we now have 2 vehicles from Simon at Best Rate. I went there last weekend to kick tires and I was greeted by Louis Sleiman. I was looking for a car that would be suitable that I could give to my daughter next year. Louis was very attentive and not only listened to my needs but he genuinely showed interest in what would work best for my daughter. He walked me through the finance and selection process. I was introduced to the business manager Matt Beswick and advised myself what documents were needed as I was self employed. I then was off trucking for the week, during which we exchanged a couple emails and two phone calls. I was able to select a vehicle on the Friday and took delivery on Saturday. Absolutely unbelievable, this was the absolute best experience I have ever had buying a car.
