complaint I purchased a jeep patroit from you which is a lemon ..since i bought it in november 2015..this vehicle had to get a new battery the first day then 6 I purchased a jeep patroit from you which is a lemon ..since i bought it in november 2015..this vehicle had to get a new battery the first day then 6 months later the transmission blew on it thankfully the warrantie covered after that the alternater had to be replaced then the ignition modulator blew now the axle tie rod ball joints all had to be replaced ..which has cost me more money then the car is worth ..ive called you and you just say oh well More

Donnie helped me find the car I wanted, low mileage and in black colour (I wanted red). They helped me get financed FAST. Big THANK YOU to MANDY and SIM who helped my son buy a car when donnie wasn't in. It was my son's birthday and they bought him a starbucks coffee. Great day! I tell all my friends to go for good good deal and better customer service. More

I got scammed! I purchased a 2010 Dodge Journey on January 26th, using a 2007 G5 as a trade in. I had a little over a year left on the G5. Darnell Walcott told me I purchased a 2010 Dodge Journey on January 26th, using a 2007 G5 as a trade in. I had a little over a year left on the G5. Darnell Walcott told me the Journey was $10,500, I took it for a test drive, and really liked it, so I agreed to purchase it. A few days later, I went in to sign the sales contract, which unfortunately for me, I didn't go over with a fine tooth comb since I thought I was dealing with an honest company. At the time of signing, they didn't tell me how much they were giving me for a trade in allowance. It wasn't until a few days ago, that I pulled out my contract with them, and discovered that they gave me $9500 trade in allowance, but the payout on my G5 was $9500, so they upped the price of the Journey from 10,500 to $18,600 without disclosing that to me. I was under the impression that the $18,600 was the price WITH the interest rolled in. I have filed a formal complaint with OMVIC, and will wait and see the results!! Regardless, I will NEVER go back to Best Rate again, and I will make sure that anyone I know looking for a used car doesn't get scammed like I did!!! More

Huge disappointment I purchased a 2007 Honda civic lx from best rate auto and have had nothing but issues. I have lost count how many issues the car has had since i purchased the vehicle. Dont get me wrong Louis Sleiman and Mandy were very polite, but when it came to the actual vehicle i am in shock in how many issues it has had. Such as a parasitic drain and the front ball joint which they covered. But after the 3 month warranty i have had to pay for a new muffler which cost over 300.00, and now the mechanic i went to says the vehicle needs a new starter and a new alternater. So again very friendly people but a junk car. More
