Hello, We have understood your concerns relating to your recent purchase of our 2010 Ford F-150. Note well that we have no mechanics onsite. Since the problems began we have taken your vehicle back to the mechanics and explained the problems in great detail to them. We made appointments right away for you and gave you a free tow. And we delivered the vehicle directly to you in excellent condition. Although some problems were not under specific warranty Best Rate Auto Sales has paid more than $1000 for the repairs. There is no charge to you! This represents a loss to our company. Now we ask if you are satisfied please? Only if your F-150 is now a pleasing vehicle to you, then perhaps it would be appropriate to update your review by stating there were problems soon after you bought the vehicle AND we resolved those problems no charge. This would help us in the long term because such truth is what the public deserves. You are welcome to make appointments every weekend for a FREE car wash (so we can make your F-150 clean and beautiful for you every week). So would you complete the loop and update your review with the full truth please?

I really don't feel that this was resolved, however I blindly signed the contract so I'm stuck paying what I'm paying for this vehicle. I asked Joyce for a copy of the payout for my G5 from Butterfield, to which her response was "that's gonna take me a long time to find" I have heard NOTHING from her or anyone from your dealership for that matter with regards to this! I've been waiting at least 6 weeks and still nothing! So I will not update my review, I am still not happy with your dealership and will never purchase a car from there again! RM
