Dishonest and Heartless I got a life lesson! I trust people are caring and respectful of others- especially because I AM PREGNANT! I walked into this dealer hoping to get a v I got a life lesson! I trust people are caring and respectful of others- especially because I AM PREGNANT! I walked into this dealer hoping to get a vehicle I had seen online. Simon took care of my husband and I and said he would start papers and would help us finance a newer vehicle than the one we wanted because it was a better deal. Within the two days we were given to change our mind we TRIED to cancel the deal but we WERE NOT honoured. My husband speaks no English and Simon gave us the impression HE WOULD TRY TO HELP US GET THE DEAL WITH THE BANK BECAUSE MY HUSBAND IS A NEW COMER so he took a copy of MY LICENCE AND MY INSURANCE-but he made my husband sign a Bill of Sale. I called the bank to cancel the transaction but I was told that the dealer had to motion the stop since I was within the 2 days free cancellation. I went right away to the dealer and Mandy said she had already processed the cancellation with the bank but it could take a while for them to process as they have thousands of files to go through. When I mentioned that I had already talked to the bank she threatened saying that the car was sold and we had to pay cash!!!!!! Next.... we get a letter from the bank stating our loan number and thanking my husband for the business. The car is to this day sitting at their lot because it is registered under the dealer and my husbands name but my husband has no Canadian Driver Licence and no insurance. We Do Not Want this Car and feel scammed horribly!!! We have tried by all means to end this nightmare but have had absolutely no luck so I have had no alternative but to put a complaint with the Windsor Better Business Bureau and reported this incident with details to OMVIC hoping they can help us!!!! If not, We will have to look for legal help but I just want to tell EVERYONE of my horrible experience with this dealer. They don't care about anything but a quick sale to get their commission or meet quotas and they do it by taking advantage of people and their lack of knowledge. Their way out and the reason for not being able to help is that THE OWNER IS ON VACATION. It has been almost a month of this transaction and EVERY time we have reached out to them it's the same thing!!! NO OWNER EVER! Hopefully no one else goes through this and these individuals get disciplinary action. More
