Horrible service Making a fool of customers whom they feel can be tricked into. Wished I could pick a zero star. Went in for a regular oil change. But ended up paying around 1200 for what they claim unusable brake pads on all four wheels after a 5 hour wait. And after that when I drove home, found there was a rattling(metal sound) coming from the rear side and the rear sensor sounded odd when I put on the reverse gear. Called them right away and mentioned it and was told to come after a week as they had no appointments prior to that. I went in the next day to inform them the issue because I didn't want them to point the finger on me and blame me. Went in on the said day to show the vehicle, like always sat there for 2 hours and had to drive with the mechanic to show him what the sound was and also the sensor issue. Finally after that they said its the problem with the exhaust and they have to test the sensor to find which one of the 4 is not working. Told me to come again after a week. Went in today like said, waited for 2 hours to get an update that its the problem with the exhaust and the sensor has to be replaced fully. I was like, that's what they told me the last time I went in. I am sure they do not know what they are doing. Never again would I go there again. Such horrible and pathetic service. More
Warranty claim they never even responded to I picked up my first Kia ever in July 2018 (took over a lease). It's a 2015 Optima SX Turbo which was originally leased from Leggat Kia in Burlington. I picked up my first Kia ever in July 2018 (took over a lease). It's a 2015 Optima SX Turbo which was originally leased from Leggat Kia in Burlington. When I was washing it I noticed both taillights had quite a bit of moisture inside the lense cover. This should not be so as the lenses should be sealed. I stopped into Bessada to have someone from service take a look and advise. Misty took pictures, a copy of my ownership, all my contact info to submit the warranty claim and said she would get back to me (she seemed a little put off that my Kia was not from Bessada). She never did get back to me so I followed up over a month later (Friday, Oct. 19th) and was told someone would get back to me Monday (Oct. 23rd)... well, it never happened. I guess in order to get good service from Bessada you have to buy your Kia there. Shame too because I'm really happy with the car and intended to lease/buy a Stinger next year when my current lease is up. Well, Durham Kia gets that sale (and all my service now too). More

Sales person was 20 minutes late when we went to pickup our new car. Was even told that she wanted a high mark on her survey but forgot to ask us how she did .We had to follow up on additional accessories we had ordered (continuously) . Two additional weeks after they had promised. Having accessories installed was a complete disaster .Late by 6 hours and again leave you hanging all day.Do not recommended this dealership at all . Just not what you would expect this day and age . More

Refers to their Service Dept. An excellent Service Provider I have been getting my SUV service by them for over a year now, I find their service Family oriented and excellent. Even though I have Tucson, which e I have been getting my SUV service by them for over a year now, I find their service Family oriented and excellent. Even though I have Tucson, which even the Hyundai Dealership could not fathom the problem, but Gurdesh and Mistey found the solution and thus rectified the hitch. Their Honesty and customer Service demure is beyond any dealership I have had the experience of. Their Service Dept under Toney with the help of Misty and top notch Mechanic, Gurdesh is a rare and excellent combination. Hats off to their Management, a well trained and courteous staff. Great work Bessada!!!! Keep it up Folks. More

I had heard great things from friends on their service and while I do I have used Bessada Kia service department for my Acura on several occasions. I had heard great things from friends on their service and while I don't currently own a Kia decided to get serviced there. They were well priced, and fair in all my visits. I never felt taken advantage of, or second fiddle. I would trust any vehicle in their service department! Fast, Friendly, and Fair! More
