Romancing the Sale - Zero Customer Service After Bought my Rondo at Bessada. They were wonderful people to deal with. Of course, it's a sale. They will roll out the red carpet if it's a sale. Went back to resolve an issue but was treated like garbage. The owner and his daughter (Assistant Service Manager) are very rude and dismissive. They had me wait for 2 hours because they didn't want to deal with the issue. Gave me the run around and rudely dismissed me. More

Loving My New Kia Rio I finally decided to get rid of my 13 yr dependable vehicle. Most of the car dealerships I have been to in the past left me feeling intimidated and ru I finally decided to get rid of my 13 yr dependable vehicle. Most of the car dealerships I have been to in the past left me feeling intimidated and rushed. At Bessada Kia I felt at home. The staff was courteous and pleasant Shawn Sun was very pleasant he listened to my concerns and walked me through the process. After picking out the car I liked Michael Mitchell was dynamic on putting together a financial plan that suited my budget. Thank you again for making my driving experience wonderful again I feel safe in my Rio and I also want to give a huge thanks to Mr Bessada if it wasn't for his soothing words on his commercial on WCDX I may not have considered a KIA..Wishing your dealership blessings and prosperity. Our New Kia Rio My husband and I purchased a new Kia Rio at the beginning of May 2016. We shopped around other dealerships and looked at different vehicles but we returned to Besseda Kia. We found the staff to be exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly especially our salesman, Icy George. I also had a very nice chat with Mrs. Bessada, she was very lovely and made you feel as if you were visiting a friends home. It was Icy actually that helped us make our final decision on what vehicle to choose for our needs. We have been so happy with our purchase this past month and I have even called Icy to ask him a few questions about the Rio and he was just as helpful after the sale as he was beforehand which really shows us that we made the right decision and would definitely recommend to anyone if your interested in a Kia to visit Bessada Kia. I know our next vehicle will be an suv and it will be purchased at Bessada Kia. Thank you all so very much, and a huge thank you to you Icy for your patience with all my silly questions, you're the best!!! More

"Sleazy" or "Careless" - Neither is ideal for a dealership! Be careful! Check all the fine print! I almost got taken by their sleazy sales tactics. They will tell you whatever it takes to make a sale. They w Be careful! Check all the fine print! I almost got taken by their sleazy sales tactics. They will tell you whatever it takes to make a sale. They went as far as to have me initial an offer, only to turn back on that offer, give me a new offer that was $3000 MORE than what I signed for. The salesman ('Eddy') insisted it was a mistake, and the owner stood by and accepted no responsibility to the agreement we had. They said that the agreement I signed was the wrong model, it didn't include what I had asked for. I'm not sure how a car salesperson prints off and negotiates a full deal with a buying customer based on the wrong model, or how it gets past the owner who approves the negotiated terms. Ultimately, I walked out and went to another dealership... only to find out that the car I had signed the agreement for didn't actually exist... anywhere in Ontario. I called 5 different dealers and all clearly assured me that the car was in no way attainable, not even by Bassada Kia. I called the owner and he admitted that the car was not available either... another "mistake." I may not work at a dealership, but it seems hard to believe that a dealership can make 2 'mistakes' of that size. I would NEVER let my family members or friends even entertain giving their business to this either 'careless' or 'sleazy' dealership. I have dealt with numerous car dealerships over time, and this is by far THE WORST experience I have EVER had with a dealership! To their credit, I did get a text the next day saying "we're sorry." It certainly made it all better! More

I have never owned a brand new car and Shaun and the people at Bessada made the process easy. I have never owned a KIA, and now, I will return there to purchase our next new or preowned KIA. I absolutely love my Sorento. Thank you Shaun and Bessada!!! More
