The 'in-car' Owner's Manual is very poor and the supplemental paper version is not much help. This is not a Dealership problem but a short training program by the dealer could have saved me several supplemental paper version is not much help. I also do not possess a Canadian smart phone, which is essential in order to set up some features. (I know I am going to have to buy one because my current smart phone only works in the U.S.) More

I had already worked out a tentative plan at anther Ford dealership, but Benton waived one of the delivery fees, gave me a loyalty discount, a much much smaller out-of-pocket initial delivery payment, and Gary managed to put forward a payment schedule about $100 per month cheaper than what the other Ford dealer was asking. Benton Fry also gave e more for my trade-in. This is my second new vehicle from Benton Fry, and I will most likely use them again. More

HORRIBLE! Took our Lincoln in for a transmission evaluation. After 3 days, they claimed there were no issues they found with the transmission. We took it elsewhere and had the issue verified by 2 other sources and both agreed there was in fact a shifting issue with the vehicle and under warranty the transmission will be replaced . GO elsewhere if you have a transmission problem. More
