The 'in-car' Owner's Manual is very poor and the supplemental paper version is not much help. This is not a Dealership problem but a short training program by the dealer could have saved me several supplemental paper version is not much help. This is not a Dealership problem but a short training program by the dealer could have saved me several hours of frustration (e.g. setting up the Home Link, Navigation, some driving features, and Sirius radio). I also do not possess a Canadian smart phone, which is essential in order to set up some features. (I know I am going to have to buy one because my current smart phone only works in the U.S.) More

Pam has the worst customer service skills I’ve ever seen. Why do you think they keep her? Pam and dave get commissions and that’s why every bill has something on it they should t be. Chris and Benton yoh act like you don’t know what goes on back there? You tried to hustle the wrong guy. I let it go the first 2 times you did it to my wife. This time I was I was recording every move and you got caught with your hand in the cookie Jar. 15 years dealing with you guys, your own retired employees (multiple) say your conmen. This review is for people to just take a second to look at your bill and get a seconds opinion. They could have offered me a free car I would not of excepted. I hope i can help at least one person keep thier hard earned money and not be scammed . I hate thefs and Benton and Chris are criminals who wear business suits. Your scam didn’t work with me and I’m not going away. Take legal action? You know you can’t do that with the evidence I hold you refused to look at. He provided clear answers to any questions, and was very knowledgeable about the financing. I had already worked out a tentative plan at anther Ford dealership, but Benton waived one of the delivery fees, gave me a loyalty discount, a much much smaller out-of-pocket initial delivery payment, and Gary managed to put forward a payment schedule about $100 per month cheaper than what the other Ford dealer was asking. Benton Fry also gave e more for my trade-in. This is my second new vehicle from Benton Fry, and I will most likely use them again. More

We took it elsewhere and had the issue verified by 2 other sources and both agreed there was in fact a shifting issue with the vehicle and under warranty the transmission will be replaced . GO elsewhere if you have a transmission problem. More

PLEASE TAKE TIME TO READ! Third time the service department has tried to cover up, add recall work to the bill or told me something that was completely false because they never even looked at the truck. Long story short I decided to take truck to someone else when I got fords quote of “minimum 4 hour” could be more for putting a belt back on. There was a animal that got caught up and the belt fell off. I was told a cat, when I called first thing when they opened to not work ok it I was told I needed to pay for the work done which was told the tech has been working on it an hour early then when they open and he started putting the belt back on. Tried to charge almost $400 for 2 hours. Finally got that down to an hour after asking for managers and saying I’m not paying for work you started an hour early 🙄. New bill for hours work $278. When i said check your math again please she realized she out a recall bill on there by “mistake” by the way I still have been told what that recall was. Everytime I asked the phone for switched to someone else. To finish this up quick I took truck somewhere else and within 5 mins the tech could see clear as day it was a rat not a cat. When I call ford to tell them I asked again you said it was a cat? Yes was the reply. Told them what was found they changed the story to wasn’t sure what kind of animal we just knew it was something . When I asked and you said he was putting belt on this morning, she replied yes! People tell me how do I get charged 2 hours labour and told twice tech started putting belt on but never took anything apart or started fixing the problems that needs to be done before any belt could be installed. There’s a lot more to this and other big issues and i will soon get all the recordings. 5 lies and complete story change with workers. Managers, owner. They all out it on the fall guy (tech). He’s the only one who really knows anything. Tow driver who dropped it off and the other driver who picked it up confirmed it was in sane spot and wasn’t moved. Funny they say they drove it in and out 5 mins before the tow driver got there but the battery was dead for the tow guy. Again when I asked the question you said you guys drove it in and out this mornings yes was reply til I told them about battery. The story changed again oh well no sorry we had to push it in and out 🤦♂️🤦♂️. When I asked for footage to prove my truck was driven in the shop. I was laughed at and said that’s never gonna happen but the owner himself! Shame on you guys and this time you got caught red handed. This isn’t about money they can keep that, think they need it more then I do anyway. This is wrong and they are taking peoples hard earned money for nothing. Older ladies or people they think have no clue about mechanics get a second quote somewhere just to make sure. They thought they were dealing with my wife but I was already suspicious of them and they were caught. I will do everything in my power for everyone to see on tape and video what’s really going on there. I don’t ever complain or write reviews, 15 years I’ve bought new trucks, suvs all my service. Along with my grandfather, uncles and aunts. 3 weeks no one ever called or answered emails. Please keep an eye out for when I have this whole story out together. It will make you sick 😷 There’s no way I’m the only person they are doing this to, hopefully it helps one person or exposes them them and they start to be honest with their loyal customers they care so much about. 😆 More
