Let me start by sayi Hello All I recently bought a 2014 F-150 from Bennett Dunlop Ford, and I do have to say how outstanding my experience was. Let me start by saying that everyone involved did not ignore my wife, they didn't talk to just me, they spoke to both of us and that really is the way it should be. My wife and I went in on a Saturday and spoke with one of the salesmen and talked a bit about a new truck, we thought about it for a few days and went back to make our final decision. Sacha our sales rep was very, very helpful, he answered all our questions, and was there with us every step of the way, he really was outstanding. We also dealt with Rob and again he was VERY helpful, he answered every question we had, he gave us a GREAT price, he also gave me a great and fair price on my trade in, there was no need for back and forth at all as everything was above board and 100 % right off the bat. When I spoke with Devin in finance he too was great, answered all my questions, gave me all of my options, and was not pushy in any way, both he and Rob worked together to get us a great rate on our loan as well. My overall experience was outstanding, there really was nothing that I would have changed about it, even down to the detail and cleaning they did on the truck before I picked it up. If you are in the market for a Ford vehicle I highly reccomend you go and talk to Rob and Sacha at Bennett Dunlop Ford, you will not be dissapointed, and you will be WELL taken care of. More
