Wait, wait, wait! I live out of town and had a check engine light go on my Ford Fusion. I had to spend a day just getting it diagnosed and then bring it back for servi I live out of town and had a check engine light go on my Ford Fusion. I had to spend a day just getting it diagnosed and then bring it back for service. That took another full day--even though I was told it was a half-hour only to correct. I was upset; they weren't helpful enough. Today, two more problems (fuel inlet and check engine). I phoned their Quick Lane and waited almost ten minutes enforce having to hang up. When I called back and requested a call back from the receptionist she tried to discourage this. I don't have confidence in getting that all-back. More

Kim in Finance was very proficient in showing me the various up-grades, for which I purchased the extended warranty. I appreciated the Family and Friends special pricing, due to the fact that my granddaughter is a current employee at Bennett Dunlop. All in all, it was a good experience. More

The folks at Bennett Dunlop Ford have created an atmosphere and corporate culture to extinguish that perception. As we entered the dealership, Chris Proulx greeted us with respectful courtesy. His genuine concern for our wants and needs led us through the sometimes confusing process of discovery, which took a couple of days and more than a few hours of his time, without pressure to make a rushed decision. When it came time to settle the financial aspect of the transaction, Rob Usher(?) eased us through with care and confidence. Our final sit down with Sacha Wolfson sealed our deal as well as our immense satisfaction. We drove away knowing we made the perfect choice for our lifestyle and pocketbook. We look forward to a long, happy relationship with this dealership and are more than pleased to refer our friends to Chris Proulx. More
