I called the dealership to make an appointment was very easy to do so the gentleman was very nice. Told me to be there by 7:15 to be in at 7:30. the next day. so I arrived Friday at 7:15 truck went in at 7 easy to do so the gentleman was very nice. Told me to be there by 7:15 to be in at 7:30. the next day. so I arrived Friday at 7:15 truck went in at 7:30 talk to the service advisor then a different person went to his kiosk and told me that the truck would be in all day to get my command start programmed. I told him that was a super inconvenience because the guy told me I’d be in at 7:30 and then he informed me that the text don’t show up till 830 so is there for sure for an hour? I was really disappointed in that at 8:35. My truck was finished and he came and got me from the coffee lounge. And direct me to my truck and I asked him how much it would cost and the gentleman said there’s no cost due to the fact that the person taking the appointment should’ve told me about how long it would take so that’s the reason they got five stars they made it right More
