Excellent Service from Quick Lane staff I have always received good service from Quick Lane staff with my 2010 F150(bought used). I bought an extended warranty on the drive train from TriCa I have always received good service from Quick Lane staff with my 2010 F150(bought used). I bought an extended warranty on the drive train from TriCare and received good service from Bennett Dunlop and Tricare. I had an oil change done on August 16, a couple of leaking seals were identified and approved for repair by TriCare. I arranged to have service completed on Friday. That evening the check engine light came on. I took truck in early next morning and it was quickly determined there was an issue with the timing. Tricare would not approve work on the timing issue and put previous approvals on "hold'. This was the first of many ridiculous and annoying delaying tactics by Tricare. When Bennett Dunlop was finally able to investigate, they determined a new motor was required. More delaying tactics From Tricare with approval to replace motor on about September 16. There was a week delay waiting for the motor to arrive. I received the truck back on September 30. My thanks for outstanding service go Martin for initial contact and dealing with Tricare. He and Ken ensured I had a truck so I could still take my trailer on family vacation. Thanks to Ken. Ken was my main contact after TriCare nonsense started. He kept me informed and arranged for truck rental from Enterprise covered under extended warranty. Thanks to Bright for coming in on his day off to complete the repair. Thanks to Bennett Dunlop management for escalating issues with Tricare and supporting a service culture in their workforce. As a bonus, Enterprise car rental was also excellent to deal with. More
