Bennett Dunlop Ford

My first visit to Bennett Dunlup Ford I brought my vehicle in to have a car wash done on it and I recently had it painted so it had to be hand washed not gone through a brush wash as reco I brought my vehicle in to have a car wash done on it and I recently had it painted so it had to be hand washed not gone through a brush wash as recommended by the autobody company I saw that you did windshields and I had recently picked up a chip and your price for doing the windshield chip was $20 cheaper than where I bought the windshield from and what they were going to charge me. this is my first visit to Bennett Dunlop ford because I drive a Infiniti. The lady in the autobody shop area was gracious enough to get me in for the window chip and the car wash as it was a slow day she said but I was told it would be about 30 minutes for the windshield and then maybe 20 to 30 minutes to be washed and out of there so I said OK let’s do it. I got there about 340pm and I didn’t leave until 520 my daughter had a soccer practice she had to be at 545 and we still had to run home get her changed and get her to the soccer facility I also have to pick up my other daughter from the babysitters which I was not able to do because I would’ve been late taking my first daughter to her soccer practice it led to a stressful not so happy feeling as I was driving down the street leaving your business thinking about my first visit there. I was told by another lady that the reason the windshield took so long was because the windshield people had gone home because it was slow and a auto body guy had to come over and do it I just wondered if they would’ve washed my vehicle first instead of leaving it sit in the Service bay for half an hour before they worked on it maybe that would’ve been a better process and it would not caused me as much frustration and stress is it did. I still gave you a four out of five rating and only because the windshield repair was excellent and the wash was also excellent even though I know the wash guy was rushed to get my vehicle out of there I’m just not sure about coming back again a little communication or some better thoughts on how to process my vehicle quicker might’ve been a better idea then leave me sit there for two hours when I was told it should only be an hour or a bit it’s funny the biggest complaint of auto repair places is the lack of thought and process in getting people out in a timely manner if you say an hour it should be an hour if it doesn’t look like it’s going to be an hour then don’t say an hour give an honest estimate I probably wouldn’t have had the windshield done and only had the vehicle washed like I originally came in for More

Went in for oil change. When I arrived I was promptly greeted by a service advisor who determined my needs, offered me options and explained the different packages to conside When I arrived I was promptly greeted by a service advisor who determined my needs, offered me options and explained the different packages to consider. There was no pressure to take additional services and/or products. The car was done faster than I had expected and to my satisfaction. The advisor was friendly and polite as was the person taking the payment. I would recommend this dealership to my family and friends. More
