I arrived and got into quick service front of the line and didn’t get any service , service writers were helping people behind me ! They gave me a express wash for waiting! My truck has 1700km on it and I and didn’t get any service , service writers were helping people behind me ! They gave me a express wash for waiting! My truck has 1700km on it and I was told that the mud flaps that were installed by the dealer Screwa were to long and rubbing causing a squeaking!! They had a bill for me for $72 I wasn’t very happy with !!! I had to call my salesman in Moose Jaw to clear this up !! I spend a lot of money on new vehicles at ford and bring in new customers to ford !!! Not impressed More

I had three things done to my vehicle:1. New windshield I had three things done to my vehicle: 1. New windshield installed 2. scratch repair on bumper 3. Shift bushing recall The paperwork I received I had three things done to my vehicle: 1. New windshield installed 2. scratch repair on bumper 3. Shift bushing recall The paperwork I received only lists the windshield installation, no mention of the scratch repair or the shift bushing. The odometer reading noted on the paperwork is incorrect, making this record almost useless. How does warranty work when paperwork lists an odometer reading off by 40000 Km? I was surprised to see that a Fuyao brand windshield was installed. I expected it to be a Ford brand. Car was dropped on Wed. April 15 and was promised for Friday April 17. Car was not ready for pickup until Monday April 20. More
