I have emailed, text and had calls with issues since the second day after I bought this used certified truck from Bennett Dunlop... It jitters and shakes me to the point of headaches and I dread driving it. Being my work vehicle that kind of sucks. The issue with the NAV/RCA Jacks/USB has also happened since I bought it. I had found a recall on the internet on my own so messaged Bennett about it, and while it was going to go in to your shop, I had talked to Courtney Simmons about this issue, she transferred me to talk to Parts because I mentioned that I's read on FORD forums that sometimes the issue with the NAV/RCA Jacks/USB could be the USB block inside my armrest console. The fellow at Parts agreed. So he found me one in an Edmonton FORD dealership. He also said the install was like a 2 minute job and Bennett would do it free because it would be in your shop anyways, that they are the professionals w. the correct plastic bezel tools. So after the service recall and USB block installation. I was surprised to find that I was billed for: (1) Install (2) Diagnoses and programming. Program what? It is a mere interface. When vehicle was returned to me I immediately went inside the truck to try the NAV, USB etc. and none of it worked still. I immediately text Courtney Simmons while driving it back to Bennett. Truck was dropped off at like 12:00 and I was back at Bennett at 12:05... Courtney Simmons said it worked when it left the shop? So you are telling me the new part that was ordered for me quit working in 5 minutes? And then of course Bennett found the issue was now a more expensive APMI part and it was my fault for ordering part? - that is mental in any world Bennett are the professionals. IF part wouldn't work isn't it up to the professionals to tell me 'hey man, don't waste money, we recommend you get it diagnosed and if said part doesn't work you spent good money after bad..." In the explanation given to me is valid it would equate to: If I told Parts to order monster truck tires they would and when they didn't fit, only then would Bennett tell me that I should have had the vehicle diagnosed. When does common sense kick in at your dealership? Well according to Courtney Simmons and Faryn Boquist etc. I am the idiot and now have a brand new unused part in my truck that is useless and sorry the original problems still exist. I asked if Bennett would buy it back because honestly it can still be sold again as 'unused'.. Bennett themselves say that the issue isn't the part so hence it would be 'unused'... It isn't about the money it is about the point. There is no sense calling me any further. When my vehicle was in for it's "30 day" warranty the third party repair people couldn't (didn't want to) find anything wrong with the vibration/jiggling/skipping that occurs on the tiniest of road imperfections. I asked Bennett if they had done a tire balance because something still isn't right with the truck. Then I complained enough for Bennett to do a partial strut part replacement. Didn't help. It was especially nice getting a text from Bennett with "If it will make you happy we will do a wheel alignment" - it isn't a matter of making me happy? It is about selling a vehicle that was worthy of the $18,000 I paid - after trading in a much much better vehicle that Bennett made a hefty profit on!! Faryn Boquist made it quite clear when she phoned me that the responsibility solely rests with me. Talking to someone with that attitude is senseless. So I will just continue to tell everyone on social media (I've already filed my BBB review), tell my friend and extended family and business clients to avoid Bennett at all costs. CAM SCAMMEL - take my picture and 'recommendation' off of the Bennett Dunlop Outlet website please... Regards Duane Hamilton
