WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER HAD FROM A Vehicle Manufacturer! Bought a brand new 2021 Ford Escape, has not failed to start multiple times in less than a week, it is not cold out, currently -16, and Manufacturer! Bought a brand new 2021 Ford Escape, has not failed to start multiple times in less than a week, it is not cold out, currently -16, and roadside assistance is providing a estimated time of 7+ hours. Tried to contact my salesperson to get some assistance, and NADA, Zip, Zero, Zilch for customer service. Didn't offer to assist with (yet another) boost, or even offer to get it brought it to figure out WHY the xxx won't start. Do I think I deserve a vehicle that won't fail to start pretty much fresh off the production line? Yes, yes I do. UPDATE: After contacting the owner of the dealership he advised me to have Roadside Assistance tow the vehicle to the dealership so they could look at it. However Roadside Assistance never contacted me back, and when I tried to contact them again this morning I was advised that they're busy and there's an extended wait. Really? My waiting the entire day the day before to get a boost/tow on a vehicle that's just over 2 weeks old that wouldn't start doesn't seem to really matter to Ford. More
