Called ahead to see if they had the car I was looking for and they said yes. When I showed up no one acknowledged that I was even in their establishment although there were several agents - even one sitting and they said yes. When I showed up no one acknowledged that I was even in their establishment although there were several agents - even one sitting in the office who never bothered to ask me if I needed help. I walked out. Not sure if it was the colour of my skin, but I would never recommend this place to anyone. More
