Was in contact with Abdul and he was too busy for our appt so we were passed onto someone else. We inspected the Acura RDX and it had loads of damage and sales guy says he could get his guy to fix it al appt so we were passed onto someone else. So I asked to test drive which is what Abdul and I discussed on the phone. But the sales guy said we had to go inside and talk numbers first before the test drive to see if we agree on a number and wanted to know if we were financing or paying cash and I responded with cash. He said he didn't want to waste either one's time. My response to that was that that was a poor attitude and that I was walking away. Is it standard practice now to agree to a price before test driving? That makes no sense! And Abdul knew I was driving in from Burlington during rush hour. I would never recommend this dealership.
