I received a recall notice at the end of May 2023, and have been trying to get an appointment ever since. Every time I call I'm put into voice mail, I leave a message and asked for a call back. To date I have been trying to get an appointment ever since. Every time I call I'm put into voice mail, I leave a message and asked for a call back. To date I have not received a call back. I gave up calling as I discovered an appointment request on their website. This time I did received a response. I explain why I needed the appointment . I was told for recalls the first appointment would be in November 2023. Unless your spending money, their willingness to help in zero. No one has any customer service skills. This has been my experience over the past 10years, it would take to long to list my bad experiences with Baytown Hyundai. I will NEVER buy a car from this dealership but they are the only dealership in Barrie. There is no excuse good enough to explain why they treat people the way they have treaded me. On a side note I am currently looking to replace my car. More
