We super appreciate the flexability with doing email communication, and helping us out with all the paperwork seeing as we came a few hours away! :-) When we picked up our car, everything was super straight forward and we weren't stuck waiting forever to pick it up. We even got a tour around where the service department is, etc! Pushy on the extras (warranty, rust protection etc) which appears to be the “thing” these days but it’s up to consumer to say purchase and delivery.
