Purchased a truck that had a lift on it brand new. Was told it had full warranty. The upper ball joints failed at 40000k. They ignore all calls. I had to pay for it all. Once they are done with the deal they leave you to fend for your self. More

Extremely disappointed in the service I received immediately following the purchase of my van. The sales associate provided false information about the van’s features. After voicing my concerns, neither the sales associate nor the sales manager displayed any professionalism or customer service to try and rectify the issue. They actually hung up on me. Great Service department Put bigger tires on wrangler threw the speedometer out. Called Midland, Blue Mountain, 400 Chrysler and Barrie Chrysler. All except Goudy wanted to charge an hours worth of labour at 109 dollars. Goudy charged 40 dollars and had it done in under 10 minutes. This was also same day service; called around 930 and seen at 1. All others were days out. Great service! More

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE We went out of our way to travel to buy a brand new Jeep in 2015 from Goudy Motors. The experience with Don was great. Since then we have had the Jeep back several times for service. Every single time I walk in I get looked at with a blank look, like I am a stranger and asked if I want a ride somewhere. Where do I want to go? I just drove an hour to get here. I just want to sit down and relax and wait for my vehicle. So I sit in a little, hard, uncomfortable, chrome chair and wait. Driving home after my oil change I try to use my washer fluid and it runs dry. Funny because the bill stated they had checked all my fluid levels. This time, even though I was only 6,000 km over warranty, I had to pay large for fixing leaks that shouldn't have been there in the first place. I am sorry for expecting a little small town courtesy which is definitely not there. I brought in a lovely 2015 Jeep for service and was given a smelly little clunker as a loner vehicle. I am done making a 2 hour round trip for lousy customer service. Thanks for nothing. More
