My 2015 Grand Cherokee Overland’s air suspension seemed to be acting up.. Dash warning said it needed immediate service. I’d read many nightmare stories of dealerships charging thousands for this issue, which can be complicated given all the parts in the system, Bayside checked it thoroughly and deemed it ok, finding only a code indicating the compressor had overheated in the past. The honest mechanic cleared the code, and—get this—charged me only a half hour labour. Total cost $73.45. Everyone at this service department is wonderful—friendly, down to earth, and above all trustworthy. Absolutely recommended!

Purchased a brand new Dodge Hornet. This little SUV drives like a dream. Very comfortable. Great for getting around town, not too big, just big enough to fit all my shopping and room for my open house signs. The service and the staff were very attentive and friendly. Kudoos! Five Stars

Purchased a truck that had a lift on it brand new. Was told it had full warranty. The upper ball joints failed at 40000k. The company that the dealer used to install the lift, they told me went bankrupt and that the warranty was with them not the dealer even though I purchased the truck from them right off the show room floor. They ignore all calls. I had to pay for it all. Once they are done with the deal they leave you to fend for your self.

I had the best experience dealing with the service department while visiting Meaford from Nova Scotia. Laura was able to get us in for a job and find parts within a very tight timeline. Best of all after the work was done (faster than anticipated) the bill was half the price I was expecting! Bayside Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram took great care of us and I recommended them to everyone in the area!

Worst car buying experience I’ve ever had would not recommend them at all waited 4 mths for a jeep they said and I have in writing it had air conditioning and power windows of which it DID NOT,. And all they said was we have a waiting list 🤯not impressed..

Extremely disappointed in the service I received immediately following the purchase of my van. The sales associate provided false information about the van’s features. Had I had accurate information, I never would have made the purchase. After voicing my concerns, neither the sales associate nor the sales manager displayed any professionalism or customer service to try and rectify the issue. They actually hung up on me. I’ve never experienced this type of poor customer service in any prior purchases with other dealerships. I do not recommend.
