service depatmennt After having my front window re-sealed I sat in my car and got the shock of my life as I sat on a very wet seat. I was soaked from my waist to my knee After having my front window re-sealed I sat in my car and got the shock of my life as I sat on a very wet seat. I was soaked from my waist to my knees down my back. Whoever did the work failed to clean up there mess. I was left with a 1/4" of water in my cup holder and the seats and dash soaking wet. After asking if someone could please come and wipe up the water, I waited for 17 minutes, and no one came to help me. Then an elderly man, who was also very disgusted about the way I was being treated, helped me clean the mess up. Then I turned the seat warmers on to help dry my back I got an electrical shock. When I went in to complain it was pass the buck time as no one wanted to admit that it was their fault. Not even an apology was uttered to me. They said that because it was paid for by a third party,(the company that I bought it from) that they didn't owe me an apology or anything. It's my car they worked on. Now I'm getting calls and mail that they want my business, REALLY, with such poor service given to me they actually think I would go back to be treated so poorly? I would NEVER send anyone here for work to be done on their car. More

Purchase of a new 2017 Escape We are enjoying the vehicle. I never enjoy meeting with the Business Manager. Seems like the salesman's job is to tell you how great the vehicle is We are enjoying the vehicle. I never enjoy meeting with the Business Manager. Seems like the salesman's job is to tell you how great the vehicle is and to get you to sign the deal for what always seems to be too much money. This decision is immediately followed by the Business Manager trying to convince you that you need to spend a lot more money to ensure that the car performs. It is a major downer to the transaction. Don't know how you fix this but I think you should. More

I found the ad on Auto Trader and within 15 minutes Kyle contacted me to thank me for my interest and advised me he was sending me a video. Within 20 minutes I received a YouTube link starting out with "Hi Bev" as he walked about the truck pointing out all the features. We were interested in the truck but couldn't drive to Barrie so we had a Skype meeting on the Saturday; test drove the truck at our home in Toronto on Tuesday and bought it on Wed.
