Promise of Call Back from Service -- NO Call Back! Brakes are failing on vehicle. Called Service twice and left message. The message you receive when calling in says they will return all calls by the Brakes are failing on vehicle. Called Service twice and left message. The message you receive when calling in says they will return all calls by the end of day. Hah, not so!!! I still have a vehicle with no brakes, requiring service from a dealer as it seems this problem is under recall and the promise of good customer service does not exist with this dealership!!! More
service depatmennt After having my front window re-sealed I sat in my car and got the shock of my life as I sat on a very wet seat. I was soaked from my waist to my knee After having my front window re-sealed I sat in my car and got the shock of my life as I sat on a very wet seat. I was soaked from my waist to my knees down my back. Whoever did the work failed to clean up there mess. I was left with a 1/4" of water in my cup holder and the seats and dash soaking wet. After asking if someone could please come and wipe up the water, I waited for 17 minutes, and no one came to help me. Then an elderly man, who was also very disgusted about the way I was being treated, helped me clean the mess up. Then I turned the seat warmers on to help dry my back I got an electrical shock. When I went in to complain it was pass the buck time as no one wanted to admit that it was their fault. Not even an apology was uttered to me. They said that because it was paid for by a third party,(the company that I bought it from) that they didn't owe me an apology or anything. It's my car they worked on. Now I'm getting calls and mail that they want my business, REALLY, with such poor service given to me they actually think I would go back to be treated so poorly? I would NEVER send anyone here for work to be done on their car. More
