Can’t pinpoint noise ever!! So I have a 2017 Ford Fusion. I have brought the car into Bayfield ford on multiple occasions for various noises. Each time it goes in the service t So I have a 2017 Ford Fusion. I have brought the car into Bayfield ford on multiple occasions for various noises. Each time it goes in the service tech can’t find the noise. So I end up going out with the tech and magically they hear the noise. Today same thing Take the tech out I hear a noise but it not blank. Do you want me to fix it or book it back again. ???? Seriously. Then the service manager went out with the tech. They decided it is no lube on the front brakes and the fact that the wheels were not torqued to spec. I find it disheartening and insulting that I have to go out with the tech to have them hear noises I. The car each and every time Then to ask if I want it fixed ......really. I brought in for the good of my health not for repair? I suspect that the noise they claim is a brake will not be the case and I will end up taking to a different dealership. Because in my opinion Bayfield Ford is not in the business of service. A very disappointed Ford Customer. Can anyone recommend a great service department. More

I brought the vehicle in because the other dealership failed to fix the issue multiple times (covered by the warranty). We talked to Kelvin and he was able to accommodate us right away. He was very knowledgeable and friendly, we didn’t feel rushed at all, and we didn’t feel like just DOLLAR SIGNS to him. They were able to fix the issue, and this is our FIRST visit, and he also proactively took action about my battery issues when I complained about it multiple times at the other dealership. I am very happy with this location and that is why I will always come back to them for my business. Thank you Kelvin! AND as well those guys who check in the vehicle! More

We were non stop changing our minds from what we wanted and how we wanted to pay. They were more than patient and accomaditing with each call and and sometimes crazy request! In the end they delivered an excellent vehicle, we used our F350 for about a month now and it’s a great work horse! We will certainly call Ford Stickle at Bayfield Ford and Lincoln when it’s time to add another vehicle to our fleet along with any personal vehicles in my future. More
