Was not expecting everything to be taken care of so quickly, everyone was kind, helpful and willing to work for you and they enjoy helping you. You really do feel appreciated here. Dropped of car and received no service because no tools I originally booked an appointment to have a recall issue fixed on August 2nd. Shortly after booking the appointment I received a call saying that the I originally booked an appointment to have a recall issue fixed on August 2nd. Shortly after booking the appointment I received a call saying that they needed to order in a special tool to fix the issue so we would need to reschedule. We booked it for today August 28th because that would give enough time for the tool to arrive. I appreciated the call to reschedule so that I didn’t waste my time going to have no service completed. Fast forward to today, Aug 28th! I took the day off of work to have the service completed, so I arrived at the dealership 30 prior to the appointment. Once I arrived the person at the service desk said are you leaving it for the day? I said no I was going to wait for it. She replied saying there were 2 other recalls and they would need the car for the day. This was the first mention that they would need the car for and extended period of time. I dropped of the keys and left the building, to go to the bank next door and I received a call about 5 mins after I left saying to come pick up the car, as they didn’t have the tools to fix the issue. I could possible understand, if there was little time to receive the proper tools but we are talking about 26 days, almost a month! The tool could have been shipped and received from anywhere in the world during that time. To top everything off, there was little or not empathy for my situation from the service agent. She appeared as if I was an inconvenience to her. If you were to ask me if I would recommend the service centre, I would absolutely say no at this point! They will have the opportunity to rectify this situation when I go back for the ACTUAL service, but to be honest, my expectations are very low! More

The first time I sat and talked with him I told him I wasn’t ready to buy at the time but had some questions anyways, he didn’t brush me aside which was the start of my great experience and it just got better from there on. The whole process of ordering and then customizing my new truck took a few months because I wanted to make sure everything was right for me, and Ford had bent over backwards and was very patient with me over a few months which was greatly appreciated. I couldn’t be happier with my new truck and the whole sales experience, I’ll definitely be a Bayfield Ford Lincoln returning customer. Any little “hickups” were dealt with promptly and professionally! Thanks Guys. More

Quick and efficient repairs The repairs corrected the issue and thankfully covered under the extended warranty that was recommended when I purchased the car. Staff should pay attention as my name is Suzanne not Susan, I live on Finlay Rd not Finlay Mills Rd and told tech I waiting in waiting area but she called my cell to advise repaired and could be picked up. Poor customer service experience I attended the dealership for a pre-arranged appt for an oil change. I turned over my car and vehicle to Bayfield Ford service reps. I waited in the customer waiting room for two hours. When I checked with the service rep, the vehicle was not even looked at. The service advisor failed to ensure my vehicle was even started. No work was even done after this time. Poor communication amongst service employees. A terrible experience for a simple oil change. More
