Not what it used to be I've bought 2 vehicles from this dealership over the years. A brand new Escape and new Focus. So when my husband wanted to trade in his Passat for a F I've bought 2 vehicles from this dealership over the years. A brand new Escape and new Focus. So when my husband wanted to trade in his Passat for a Flex we went there. I had dealt with Dave Emms previously and was satisfied with the service. However, this time, even though I made an appointment with him he kept us waiting almost 45 mins, He didn't seem very interested in helping us and we never heard back from him on any available Flex's. So about a month later we went to Barrie Ford and had a wonderful experience with Bob and we just picked up our Flex yesterday! Go to Barrie Ford, they seem genuinely interested in your business. Not happy I bought my new 2017 escape from you with a full service plan. From day one you have messed up my oil changes by putting in the wrong oil. Last week again the wrong oil went into my car. I need rear brakes you couldn't do them cause you have no parts . And the plastic panel on the bottom of my car keep coming off everytime thay say there fixed it comes off again. I just feel I have not been given a fair deal here and I'm not happy with your service dept. More
