So when my husband wanted to trade in his Passat for a F I've bought 2 vehicles from this dealership over the years. A brand new Escape and new Focus. So when my husband wanted to trade in his Passat for a Flex we went there. I had dealt with Dave Emms previously and was satisfied with the service. However, this time, even though I made an appointment with him he kept us waiting almost 45 mins, He didn't seem very interested in helping us and we never heard back from him on any available Flex's. So about a month later we went to Barrie Ford and had a wonderful experience with Bob and we just picked up our Flex yesterday! Go to Barrie Ford, they seem genuinely interested in your business. More
