Great I was in for an oils change and was notified by customer service that the tech Called in & it may be a wait. I let her know I had a baby with me that I was in for an oils change and was notified by customer service that the tech Called in & it may be a wait. I let her know I had a baby with me that I couldn't wait long. She was very snippy to justify that it was beyond her control. I understand things happen but an appointment was booked which should take priority over a walk-in or a phone call to let me know that they weren't available, I would be more than happy to reschedule. The truck was brought to the Drive thru bay. The only concern I had was that I had a baby in the truck and the whole truck smelled with gasoline fumes. I had to drive away with the windows down and it was cold outside. Overall good experience More
