False charge advertising, Over charged for fixing nothing Share and be aware Bay King Dodge doesn't not have a good service centre!!!! So Bay King Dodge is a rip off to get your oil change at! About 20 dollars more then just a normal oil change, to top up my fluids and rotate my tires. Bill...... 83.55 for the top up before tax and they charged for the fluids and connectors for top up $10 more dollars Couldn't figure out why the back plug didn't work. So I had them look at it. Apparently it took the mechanic over the half hour, but I got a deal for the half hour of labour, to figure out I just didn't turn on the switch at the front of the car. They didn't know to check the switch, so how was I suppose to know there was a stupid switch. Cost $31.50 for something they could or should of been able to tell me to check before coming in. Or a courtesy demo after I purchased the stupid van would of been nice too. Bay King you won't see me back. That is for the extra 45 bucks you took from my pocket!! I was never taken at Eastgate for anything extra then what they told me it was going to ask. Share and beware $141.31 for a oil change and to fix??? Nothing More
