This has had to be the worst experience purchasing a vehicle. We bought an 2021 X5M competition from this dealer and as soon as they had us sign, the staff stopped caring about us. Many things went wron vehicle. We bought an 2021 X5M competition from this dealer and as soon as they had us sign, the staff stopped caring about us. Many things went wrong from them not arranging a delivery date, to our wrap that we paid $8000 for was done terribly, to the sales team not responding after the vehicle was damaged from their wrap people. The vehicle wasn’t clean or fuelled up for delivery day. No one cared to go through the vehicle with us either. Don’t expect anyone to respond and if you’re in a high profession, like my wife, expect the courtesy driver to ask for medical advice while driving my wife to work. Absolutely will be moving all my service to a different dealership. More
