Buyer Beware BUYERS BEWARE: WORST DEALERSHIP I HAVE HAD TO TAKE THEM TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT AND THEY STILL ARE DRAGGING OUT THE ISSUE. THEY HAVE RUINED MY TRUST IN BUYERS BEWARE: WORST DEALERSHIP I HAVE HAD TO TAKE THEM TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT AND THEY STILL ARE DRAGGING OUT THE ISSUE. THEY HAVE RUINED MY TRUST IN PEOPLE AND DEALERSHIPS. WENT TO BUY A "NEWER" USED MAZDA WITH ONLY 3,000KM OR SO FOR THE WHOLE REASON IT WAS NEWER AND CLEAN AND EVERYTHING WAS SAID TO BE A GREAT CAR.......... FOR THEM TO SHOW ME A CARFAX WITH 0$ AND LIE TO ME ABOUT IT BEING A SMALL CLAIM(THEY SAID JUST SMALL SCRATCH ON BUMPER AND WE FIX IT OURSELFS) AND FOR ME TO FIND OUT THAT IT WAS IN A MAJOR ACCIDENT BEFORE AND THEY DIDNT DECLARE OR ENSURE THAT PROPER REPAIRS ARE MADE. LAW STATES ITS FOR THE DEALERSHIP TO DISCLOSE EVERYTHING THEY CAN FIND ON THE CAR TO YOU AND YET I HAD TO FILE FOR A FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT TO FIND FROM ICBC THAT IT WAS MORE THEN THAT AND THAT BASANT HAD LIED TO ME . HAVE GONE TO THE DEALER FOR THEM TO TAKE THE CAR BACK JUST FOR THEM TO APPOLIGIZE AND OFFER ME TO TRADE IN AND I WAS LIKE "WHY WOULD I BUY ANOTHER CAR FROM YOU?". THEN WHEN THEY FOUND OUT I WASNT GONNA BUY THREW THEM AGAIN THEY WENT BACK TO SAYING THAT I WAS MAKING IT UP AND THAT ITS UNTRUE YET I HAVE PROOF FROM ICBC AND PICTURES OF THE VEICHLE WRECK BEFORE I BOUGHT IT . Unprofessional, negligent service department Bought a used 2017 Nissan with 31,000 kms Sept/07/2017. A private claim was done on the front bumper prior to me purchasing the car which was done inc Bought a used 2017 Nissan with 31,000 kms Sept/07/2017. A private claim was done on the front bumper prior to me purchasing the car which was done incorrectly, incorrect clips were used to secure the fender liners for the front tires that conjoin with the front bumper as determined by a nissan dealership. This caused my front passenger tire to rub against the incorrectly installed fender liner when i turned my wheel anything past 45 degrees. A gross grinding noise was heard on every right turn i made due to the rubbing. The bumper itself was misaligned with the body of the car at the drivers side headlight. After speaking to the salesmen who sold the car to me, the service department agreed to repair their errors at no cost. Once again,incomplete repairs were preformed and my car was returned with a new problem. The passenger side mud guard was now missing a part which holds it to the body of the car at the side skirt behind the tire. This mud guard was also misaligned when compared to the drivers side mud guard. Bumper misalignment at the headlight was completely ignored by Basant Motors even though i was told it would be fixed. During this ordeal, i was never given an explaination or a work order/invoice to document which parts were used. I was simply told by service advisor Kam Jassi that my car was "fixed", which is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. The safety check procedure was completely falsified, its mind boggling that my car was slapped with a safety checked sticker on the windshield with so many errors due to negligence. Technicians at Basant Motors failed to correctly fill out the safety inspection report, and failed multiple times to correctly repair the mentioned items. I have many pictures and witnesses who can confirm this complaint is 100% accurate, and factual. shame on you Basant Motors service department More

Greatest experience ever I went in expecting to purchase a used vehicle. My credit score was very low. PREET took the time to give me all of my options and was never pushy. He I went in expecting to purchase a used vehicle. My credit score was very low. PREET took the time to give me all of my options and was never pushy. He really worked hard for me. I ended up getting a Hundai Sonata car that I LOVE and can afford. He even took the time to make sure I knew how everything worked and was set up properly as far as connecting the blue tooth with my phone, etc. I highly recommend PREET (BASANT MOTORS). More
Bad customer service and after sale service I bought a jeep from basant motors, after 2 days I found some issues in it like water leakage and air whistling while driving. I went to them and told the problem they said we cant do anything with this issue and told me that the vehicle is still under warranty and you get it fixed from jeep dealership. I went to jeep dealership and they said that warranty is expired an year ago. So I called the salesman of basant motors and he talked so rudely and said dont call me, call the service department. I called the serviceman and he said he is so busy this week and cannot look at my vehicle and said to call after a week. I dont know what to do now. I woud recommend that dont ever buy any vehicle from basant motors. More
