MY FIRST "NEW" CAR I was in the market for a new, new to me car. My old car was 18 yrs old and breaking down. I didn't have the best credit rating so I was worried about financing. I had heard many ads on the radio about BASANT MOTORS so I thought I'd give them a try. When I called them on my lunch break, I spoke with Jag Dhami. He was so nice on the phone, told me what I needed to bring, emailed him some starting info, and a description of what I was looking for, then he said see you when you get here. When I got to Basant, I was met by very friendly staff and directed to Jag. He explained all the details to me for financing as this was my FIRST experience doing so. He was patient, clear, answered all my questions to my satisfaction. Pulled up the car he found that fit all my needs. I loved it from the test drive! I then spoke with Raj Toor, who detailed all the financing to me and she as well answered all my questions to my satisfaction. I drove out shortly, in my new 2014 Ford Focus and I could not be happier with it! With only a brief description and list of needs, Jag found the perfect car for me, THANK YOU!!!
