I was in and out with my new car so fast and in the end I am so satisfied with my new car and would highly recommend coming here! More

WORST EXPERIENCE, I have ever had in my whole life till today. I think they have set a benchmark for me for the poorest customer and sales experience of all time. Profit-making is a priority for these guys which means you can never get a good deal. All this while you are in a typical aggressive sales environment. They would do anything to get the deal done, you must bargain a lot with them. They will always tell you a higher price and later come down to a price which is still not best for you. Every salesperson claims themselves as a manager. They show you the cars which already have issues going on with them like collisions, repairs, and paints repainted and the list goes on. I went there with a recommendation from one of my colleagues. As a Potential car buyer, you also visited other dealerships in the market to find the best deal for yourself. I and my brother set up a meeting with Ann (Salesperson) we started our conversations in a good manner. He was really answering our questions in a good way and we also telling him about the other offers that we are getting. Now everything changed when Salesperson Named’ PREET’ entering the scene. That person breached our ‘Right of Confidentiality and Privacy’. He directly called the other dealership that was offering us a good deal and said how could you do that and the person from the other dealership was so embarrassed. I and my brother were so humiliated at that time. As a professional, we went there, and we apologize for the whole incident. I am feeling so humiliated and embarrassed about the actions of a third person named “PREET” for the first time in my whole life. Even no one from Basant motors considers an apology for their behaviors and feel an apology to us. They defame my name and my brother’s integrity. If this is how the sales are done, then that means the end of the world where you can trust and looks for the privacy of your personal information in the modern sales sector. To sum up all my views on the experience that I have faced today, I would encourage all the potential customers to think hundreds of times before If you want to go there. Customer service is very poor at this location, putting people on hold for days and not answering their calls or even getting back to them is kind of their way of doing business I guess. I went in to refinance my vehicle last year, since I was doing a trade-in, one of the options I was given by the FINANCE MANAGER was to stop doing payments on the car so that I can get out of financing.... I asked him right away .... "But won't that hurt my credit" he said yeah it will.... This suggestion was just mind-blowing. These people really don't care if your credit is screwed up or if you are trying to build your credit, I mean if a FINANCE MANAGER IS SAYING THIS, THERE IS DEFINITELY SOMETHING WRONG, Despite the fact that I have made every single payment on the vehicle, no late or missed payments, I have done business with them for couple of years, everytime I speak to them I feel like I am begging them to give me answers. This year my fiance and I decided to get our both cars in for trade-in and get 1 vehicle as he doesn't use his vehicle anymore because be has a company vehicle, we both purchased our vehicles from this location, of course we are aware that the value and the loan amount will be higher of the new vehicle that we are going to purchase, since we are bringing two vehicles in. We decided to go to this location thinking they would help us better since we have been with them for a while now but noooo.....I was told IT'S NOT ABOUT BEING OUR CUSTOMER, IT'S THE BANK.... On Saturday to be exact, we contacted ANS (employee) at the dealership who I usually contact, our information was taken, we were told we will get a call back, we did but no definite answer, anyways.... AMARTA - FROM FINANACE, Called and advised that they are working on it and since the banks are slow during the covid time we will most likely hear back on Sunday or Monday, we were told to get an answer by Monday morning. They didn't get back to me until I called and asked for an answer, they asked me why I wanted a truck, as we were having a hard time getting approved for a truck, I told her why I wanted a truck, I really thought this question was irrelevant, anyways, since I was dealing with their late responses the SECOND TIME, I wasn't too happy to begin with, I told my fiance to deal with them because I just couldn't tolerate the way they delath with customers. He called them back and asked them if we could get a SUV instead of Truck since were told that it's harder to get a truck, he was told, "LET ME CHECK WITH FIANCE, I WILL GET BACK TO YOU" sure enough he waited, this was Monday... We have been waiting for an answer since Saturday btw, he called back to the dealership after couple of hours to find out if it's even possible, he was told he will get a call back in 10mins, he tried to reach AMARTA 3 TIMES in the same day, he was told that he will get a call in 10mins AGAIN, when it was 5pm, I asked him to just ask if we should wait or let it be, as I wanted to know the answer, If it's a no, we would go to other dealership who can actually try their best to help us instead of ignoring us, he called again 4TH TIME, he was told AMARTA has left for the day, on Tuesday we didn't hear anything as well, today is Wednesday, still nothing. I am aware that things are difficult at times, maybe something are doable and somethings are not doable, but it is not a good customer service to keep people hanging for 5 days, we didn't get a definite answer and we are tired of this behaviour, it has happened the 2nd time with me and I refuse to go back to this dealership, I will not recommend my family and friends and people that I know to do business here, the deal will only be made if it benefits the dealership of course. This is not how you do customer service, if something is not possible, be honest with your customers and tell them, don't let them hang around and wonder around for days, that's very poor customer service. More
They are pushy and go behind your back to get loan approve and then they lure you into buying cars you don't like! Always rushing customers they are so desperate and even asked us to put down a 10,000 approve and then they lure you into buying cars you don't like! They lied to us saying they will give us a lower interest rate but when we got there they are trying to sell us a garbage car for more loans! We are happy with our current car and repayment they didn't ask anything just started the paper work! Unprofessional and hungry for money! I don't recommend this place! More

We spent HOURS going through the documentation so I felt light-headed. The atmosphere was very culturally driven, when I walked in, I waited 5 mins before anyone helped me. After spending so much time there, and despite the feelings, I finally settled on a car, THEN when I was JUST about to go through the documentation, I was bombarded by comments and requests, one of them I ALMOST missed where I guess the financier said this vehicle was IN AN ACCIDENT and had about $4500 damage done to it?? Even THAT being said, it drove alright and wasn't that bad, AND I really needed a vehicle but didn't enjoy the idea of going through that entire process again, so I said fine, I will take it. Afterward, I was going through the finance and figured out that over the full term of my loan I was literally paying 1/3 of that in straight compounded interest! The tires were listed as 75% but testing them all, I recorded the HIGHEST being 60% LASTLY, I found out that the vehicle was NOT previously owned by an elderly woman, it was a RENTAL! These beings are crooks, I am shocked that their overall rating is even as HIGH as 2.4 out of 5, but most of those high votes are easily bought and artificially bolstered. DO. NOT. BUY. FROM. HERE! I had a really worst experience with the car thad Basant motors sold me last year. Its Chevy mailbu 2018. Just 57k. In almost one year I went to Chevy four times to fix problem.
