Jetta Service A little disappointed to bring my car in for a service to fix a ticking noise within the engine. wait 2 weeks receive the car back with the same noise A little disappointed to bring my car in for a service to fix a ticking noise within the engine. wait 2 weeks receive the car back with the same noise present but 1400.00$ out of pocket. This cost related to 2 fuel injectors which had faulty readings, I paid for replacements expecting it to fix the noise but it had no effect.. The engine manifold was taken apart, the labor to do this was paid for yet somehow the main problem was overlooked. I am satisfied overall with the support I receive from the service desk and all of the employees working at Barrie VW. However I wish more concern was put into my car, I have spent a lot of money over the years in repairs. I have been patient and accepting of most costs and time required to do the work but I expect the proper time and work to be put in as if it were a car of your own. I can only rely on other modes of transportation to get to and from work for so long, to have to bring my car back 2 weeks after it came out of the shop seems like another horrible inconvenience..
