For ATF its mentioned that "ATF Fluid Life monitor with determine when change is needed depending on drive habits". There was no reminder but still fluid was changed. There was no reminder at all. Also when the invoice came, it was mentioned in that the warning/message was there, This is not good at all. This is just fooling the customer. I have filled a complaint with Honda but no emails comes back to you so there is no way to prove email was sent from your end best regards, Sidd More
Service separtment sucks. Took a 2015 Honda Odyssey in with a check engine light on, they put a obd2 reader on it and said there was a code, we don't have time today please b Took a 2015 Honda Odyssey in with a check engine light on, they put a obd2 reader on it and said there was a code, we don't have time today please bring it back tomorrow. So the next day comes, we bring it in, they can't find the code the 2nd day, so they charge us $70 for reading no code. Completely disgusted with these guys. More
Run away from that place Sales team is awesome but then, you get to meet the back-end support and the service department. Customer support is abysmal as they don't exactly car Sales team is awesome but then, you get to meet the back-end support and the service department. Customer support is abysmal as they don't exactly care about their customers. You can do as many online surveys as you want, nothing gets resolved. I've had to call Honda Canada to get issues fixed (I went to a different dealership, a place who actually care about their clients, they fixed all the pending issues in one visit, for free). There will probably be a response from the Barrie Honda team which will prove my point: they're quite good at doing a song and dance, but in the end you'll want action, not just words. Do yourself a favor and avoid this dealership. More
T. Cuschieri Very disappointed in the care they give their customers, with the exception of a few service employees they are the worst! My husband and myself have Very disappointed in the care they give their customers, with the exception of a few service employees they are the worst! My husband and myself have own 5 Hondas in the last 4 years and feel desperate that this is the dealership we must deal with for maintenance. We leave even worst we live 20 mins max outside of Barrie in Angus, right off hwy 90, they refuse to give us a lift when our vehicle will be hours! We've had to rent or ask friends gor a lift! There are locations within Barrie that take 20-30 minutes to shuttle and they will honour them :( we've had a few misdiagnosed issues in the last few years, 2 of which they corrected, 1 dealt with by the Manufactor themselves, we had enough at this stage. We recently took a lease through Honda where my husband works and found out that Barrie Honda have recently begun a new no late week service and close each evening at. 6 pm, I work until 5. Sadly for Barrie Honda we will be taking our business to Orangeville Honda where every customer it seems is important. Barrie Honda is the worst dealership in Ontario locations, if you want a Homda ( they are the best in my opinion) go to any dealer but Bartie! More
AVOID at all costs!!! I have a Honda CRV which is always maintained. But both the employees and the sales rep's here completely ignore you. They couldn't care less if you I have a Honda CRV which is always maintained. But both the employees and the sales rep's here completely ignore you. They couldn't care less if you are standing there or not. There were several times when I had the CRV in for routine maintenance and I browsed the showroom. There were more employees than customers and not one person even acknowledged by presence. That's not how you run a business, sorry Barrie Honda, you lose. At least say hi to someone who is potentially dropping 50k. Bad attitude = poor customer relations. All my business goes to a private mechanic now. Better service AND better prices. More
