My experience with Barrie Honda I bought my SUV before John Musicco joined the Dealership. I have had a couple of issues with my vehicle in the past couple of years and I have dealt with John. He was very helpful and also very knowledgeable about the vehicles. I have also indicated to John that I may be looking for a new vehicle in the Spring. I will deal with John. My daughter who lives in Burlington came to Barrie just quite recently and purchased a car from John on our recommendation. She was very pleased and I am certain she would pass John's name on to her friends when they are in the market. I would have no hesitation in recommending Barrie Honda or in passing John's name on to friends. He takes the time to explain all the details clearly and what purchasing or leasing a car entails. He is fair and friendly - putting the customer at ease. More

We purchased a 2018 Honda Civic Sedan and I must say that John Musicco, our salesperson was amazing! He certainly made us feel at ease upon our first meeting and was so thorough in his explanation of the options and benefits of the Civic that he answered all our questions before we even asked them! His caring nature for us as customers lasted well beyond when we left the dealership with our new Civic. He contacted us the next day to ask how are ride home went and if there was anything more he could do, that we were to connect him anytime. My wife & I have recommend Barrie Honda, and in particular, John Musicco, to family & friends on numerous occasions and recommend that you contact him too for your next vehicle purchase or lease! Worst dealer to deal with!!!! I purchased 2016 Honda Civic in September. The sales team were great place of course they wanted my business at the time. Long short the car was for m I purchased 2016 Honda Civic in September. The sales team were great place of course they wanted my business at the time. Long short the car was for my wife so I really didn't bother driving but she told me she heard a noise coming from the back tires and this is around 7 or 8km later. I told her to keep listening and let me know if she continues to hear the same noise. Fast foward 46km later it become obvious there was an issue so we call the dealer they told us bring it in. Next day we received a call from parts manager, he told us we found an issue however my wife had refused to do tire rotation and that caused your tires and wheel alignment to go off. I told him sir my wife had an appointment when she was told to do wheel alignment and that she told to purchase a service package that had absolutely nothing to do with the tire rotation. He basically told us it was our fault and they were not going to fix the issue even though it's a manufacturing defect and its a safety concern. I've decided to sell this car although I've purchased it less then a year ago as I do not feel safe driving my family in this car however I will be desclosing to any potential buyers since it's the right thing to do. Honda barrie is a joke and I wouldn't do business with them ever again. I just hope consumers will think twice about purchasing honda product due to the fact Honda is doing business with unethical people like these guys. More

Purchased another snowblower a couple of weeks ago. I had an appointment for delivery of my unit. I called to cancel delivery of my unit due to late arrival home. Another appointment was scheduled. I completely and genuinely forgot my appointment. My fault! I was not contacted at all. I called a week later inquiring about the delivery, What I received was a complete surprise. I was told the driver sat at my house for 30 minutes and was "pissed". I immediately oplogised. I was then told to be more responsible and no delivery would be made. Interesting that "pissed" takes the lead over an apology. Seems we have another follower (Barrie Honda Powerhouse) down Trump Avenue. Following day I picked up a case of beer, walked right up to parts department at Barrie Honda Powerhouse. I inquired who the chap was that attempted a delivery to my home. I was provided with a name. I then laid my case of beer on the counter and said this is for the driver. I asked if someone may assist me in loading the snowblower in a Kia Soul. Unfortunately it did not fit. I immediately parked the Soul. I grabbed the blower by the handles and marched onward with blower at foot! Lots of people were kind of puzzled why a guy was walking a blower down Mapleview in the rain. Not a step missed, determined an focused, this blower was coming home. Success!!!!!! All along a couple of guys at Barrie Honda Powerhouse saw me leaving the dealership on foot with the blower. More Trump attitude! These guys have no class! Completely disrespectful and self centered! Buy a blower but do not miss an appointment for delivery. You will be on your own plowing your way home. There is no doubt there are individuals which received great service. Congratulations. Perhaps if I had not genuinely forgot my delivery appointment I would have been in the good camp with Barrie Honda Powerhouse. I love Barrie Honda Powerhouse. Buy from them, do as they say, do not xxxx them off and they will love you back! Have a great season! More

Barrie Honda did not treat me as a priority. If you are a Honda Mfg. employee avoid at all costs because they do not care about us (even though without our labour they would not have any cars to sell!) If you are not an employee of Honda Mfg. then you may be treated better but I do not have high hopes for this dealership and encourage you to go elsewhere. They seem friendly at first but once they actually have to do the work to get you a new vehicle they are not as friendly as they once seemed. I love the quality and price of Honda vehicles but this specific dealership has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. More
