Great Team at Barrie Chrysler! I had been thinking about a new purchase for a number of months and decided this past weekend to stop back in at Barrie Chrysler to check out my optio I had been thinking about a new purchase for a number of months and decided this past weekend to stop back in at Barrie Chrysler to check out my options. Gary greeted me when I was looking through the showroom and I told him what I was in the market for. We looked at and I test drove a few Jeeps and then we talked about the numbers. I mentioned I wasn't going to sign on anything that day, left knowing my options and went home to review them. A few days later, I went back in and closed the deal.... no pressure at all throughout the process!!! Did the final paperwork with Christine and signed the deal. I was to pick up my new Jeep the very next day and that evening I realized I had made a small error regarding an option after reviewing the final paperwork again. I emailed Christine and Gary in the morning prior to picking up my new Jeep later in the day and Christine called me back in the morning. The issue was already sorted out by Christine and I must say Barrie Chrysler went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. I am very impressed and extremely pleased with the service and experience and most of all the professionalism by both Christine and Gary. I won't be shopping anywhere else in the future! More

my car in a nutshell I received an invitation to check out the 25% off msrp and wondered if my payments would be close to the payments I am making now with my 2016 Dodge C I received an invitation to check out the 25% off msrp and wondered if my payments would be close to the payments I am making now with my 2016 Dodge Caravan, when i got to the dealership I was greeted by Gary Boucher I told him I was considering up grading my caravan and wondered if the numbers would jive... well lets see was his answer, no hesitation in the fact there was possibly no sale, he asked what it was I was looking for, after I told him he went to the book and found a car that had all the wishes (which is what they were) in it, we went out to see it, it was beautiful, had everything and then some... we went into his office where he got the trade in numbers for my car and did the math... I couldn't believe it... it was so close, so the next phase was to show my husband, he allowed me to take the car home (aprox 20min drive) so my husband and I could have a look at it in private.... Long story short, I have the vehicle I have always wanted, with all the bells and whistles I've dreamed about... and a price I can afford. Gary, Patricia, and Abraham couldn't have been any more helpful and friendlier if they had tried, there was no pressure, only helpfull advise, and thanks to Abraham a few little extras... Sent in a request to take it for a test drive, and the next day was contacted and asked what I was looking for. I was connected with Sarah to go for a test drive. I was able to bring a friend with no problem and come at whatever time worked best for me. We went for a test drive and ask questions about the vehicle, and Sarah was able to answer the questions with knowledgeable answers. From here she was able to get me numbers for financing. I decide to go ahead with this purchase and all the paper work was well organized and easy to do. I was very happy to have such an encouraging sales lady through this process.
