Great experience from a very helpful Brian Pillings (5 stars). Only issue with my 2020 Dodge Caravan was brake pedal pulsing, which was also the immediate problem with a 2017 version previously purchase stars). Only issue with my 2020 Dodge Caravan was brake pedal pulsing, which was also the immediate problem with a 2017 version previously purchased. A $1000 brake job at Canadian Tire eventually fixed the 2017 at 35,000km, and a 2.5 hour rotor replacement at 400km in the Barrie Chrysler Service Dept fixed the 2020. A shame these problems weren't noticed and resolved prior to delivery. More
